With well over a decade in the construction and development sector, Emma started her journey in construction as an estimator before a lengthy stint as a flight attendant where she developed her people skills and conflict management.
Following this, Emma re-entering the construction industry working in the insurance building sector as well as years selling directly to first, second and third homes buyers based in display homes across the outer growth areas of Melbourne.
It was here she was approached and poached to move into the wholesale building space where she built her knowledge and passion for working with both sides of sales and marketing.

Emma is an organised, empathetic and persuasive communicator with natural people skills, an excellent rapport building ability and a passionate for good service. These attributes are what have enabled Emma to develop strong relationships with developers, builder and selling agents over the years.
