With well over a decade in the construction and development sector, Emma started her journey in construction as an estimator before a lengthy stint as a flight attendant where she developed her people skills and conflict management.
Following this, Emma re-entering the construction industry working in the insurance building sector as well as years selling directly to first, second and third homes buyers based in display homes across the outer growth areas of Melbourne.
It was here she was approached and poached to move into the wholesale building space where she built her knowledge and passion for working with both sides of sales and marketing.

Her career has spanned multiple sectors, working alongside leading Builders and Marketing Firms to drive business growth and optimize client experiences.
Chantelle holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Business Management, equipping her with strong strategic insight and operational knowledge. She is also highly skilled in client relations, consistently ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships throughout her career.
